Agreement
By downloading or using Trakd, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the app. These terms apply to all users of the Trakd platform, including the iOS app and website at trakd-app.com.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Trakd. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials. Trakd supports Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google — we do not store your passwords.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
User Content
You retain ownership of the videos and content you post on Trakd. By posting content, you grant Trakd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote that content within the platform.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. You agree not to post content that:
- Infringes on copyright or intellectual property rights of others
- Is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or harmful
- Contains private information about others without their consent
- Misrepresents your identity or affiliation
- Promotes violence, hate speech, or illegal activity
Music & Copyright
Trakd is designed for capturing and sharing live music moments. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to record and share content at any venue or event you attend. Some venues prohibit recording — please respect those rules.
We use audio fingerprinting technology (ShazamKit, ACRCloud, Chromaprint) to identify tracks. This identification is for informational purposes only. We do not claim any rights to the identified music.
If you believe content on Trakd infringes your copyright, contact us at alytrackd@gmail.com with details of the claim.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use Trakd to harass, stalk, or harm other users
- Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the platform
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the app
- Create fake accounts or impersonate others
- Use the platform for spam or unsolicited promotions
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform
Intellectual Property
The Trakd name, logo, design, and all original content created by us are our intellectual property. You may not use them without our written permission.
Disclaimer
Trakd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that track identification will always be accurate. Track recognition results are best-effort and may not always be correct.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trakd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or any content you encounter on it.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
